Vickie McConnell finds framing store is 'perfect business' for her

FASTFRAME has been in Glendale for over 11 years. Owner Vickie McConnell purchased the franchise in July of 2005 after working for Disney and Universal Studios.

"I've worked in very 'visual' jobs for a long time," Vickie said, "props and sets for Disney, facilities management that included interior furnishings for Universal."

She loves the 'craft' of her work with customers at FASTFRAME, using quality framing and preservation techniques that have earned the trust and business of museums and historical organizations around the country.

Her range of services includes creative displays of children's art to shadowboxing of family heirlooms and collectibles, as well as traditional framing artworks. "We offer a very personal service," Vickie said. "There is a lot of emotion involved in handling peoples' treasures. If a customer is not 100 percent satisfied," she said, "we'll redo it until they are satisfied-that's the FASTFRAME Guarantee."
